The Botike AL-4840 Infrared BGA rework station comes with human-machine interface, PLC control, it shows real curves on the LED screen, which can be analyzed at any time, precisely control the temperature. AL-4840 adopts German imported pre-heating materials, IR tube and glass (up to 1800°), control soldering and desoldering programme more precisionly. It is suitable for ROHS CBGA, FCBGA, TBGA, CDPBGA (PS3-CPU) chips or other lead-free or lead welding requirements, all can be handled easily.

Computer processor and LED screen
Embeded Windows system with PLC contol, real-time to show the temperature curves for above and button. Easy to operation, friendly interface. No limit for Set-modify-save parameters. Comes with notice when the programme finishes.
Digital real-time show and temperature test panel
Follow or stop the real temperature at anytime. The curves status is not only able to show on the LED screen, but also are analyed. The hot air on the button can be adjusted with the metal knob.
Adopts German IR pre-heating technology
