Jovy System JV-L360 LED-Light Source
Jovy ™ LED-Light source from Jovy systems is designed to be fitted to the XY table or to the working
bench with Jovy System special C-Clamp. Jovy ™ LED-Light source provides powerful illumination flux, and its arm length allows free workspace for user, which suits any additional inspection instruments (magnifying Lens or video
microscope) or rework tools such as tweezers or components picker.
Material:
- C-Clamp: Black painted Aluminum.
- Flexible Arm: Outer enclosure: Chrome plated brass rings. Internal part: steel spring.
- Led module body: Black painted Aluminum.
Application:
- The LED-Light is recommended to be used separately as a light source, with
- different fixation methods. It could be used with a magnifying lens or
- microscope.
- The Flexible arm can be fitted to our C-Clamp either into position (A) for
- horizontal direction or into position (B) for vertical direction.

Installation on RE-7500:
1. The LED-Light is basically an add-on for the XY table; it can be installed on the XY table right side bar. The projected spot is 10cm² white shiny lights at 10cm distance from targeted area.
2. Installing the light source on the left side bar of the XY table must not bean obstacle for the upper heater movement range. Thus, the flexi arm could be bent freely in many shapes.
3. For large work space area; the LEDLight could be installed to the workbench at any position or side, from the front side or back side of the table as its length allows free installations to any rework station.
