Return Policy
Ownta.com does not accept free repair of the following items:

    2.Warranty is invalid as below situations:

    5.Goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

Repairing service based on charge:

   As service for you, Ownta.com can also repair the out of warranty products, but it is not free.
    1. All fees including repair and shipment are charged by you.
    2. If the item cant be repaired absolutely, we will send back to you, you are responsible for shipment fees.

"Hello George, Hi Rudi!
You do not need a manual for the tablet since it runs windows 7, you can simply go through windows 7 "Help and Support" for all you problems. As for the speed, I'd say it runs one of the fastest netbook processors out there which is relatively 2 to 5 times faster than one in Apple's Ipad (1.66Ghz x84 vs 1GHz arm) (it has 2GB ram which is more any other umpcs and most of netbooks). As for graphics it's a solid "meh." (GMA950), it decodes video perfectly for playback at its maximum resolution and fps, but you should not expect much for 3d-rendering or gaming (seriously who would do 3d-rendering on such device!)

As for the specifications (and even in comparison to most of other umpcs) this device should be priced for about $1200 to $1400. (and you should not expect any other device this good for this price for at least another 4 years)

"I just received my Jumper JK-01 and have been trying to understand a lot of the features because it comes without a manual written in english.
There is no system or restore disk or any instructions at all in english that tells you how to navigate this tablet.
It has a beautiful screen and seems like it wants to be fast but quite often I find myself waiting for things to open up, launch or load.
I still haven't been able to figure out how the built-in 3G works and the touch screen doesn't seem to work at the bottom to open up a hidden task bar for example.
So far it's too early to give it a totally bad review since some things I don't fully understand yet but my initial impression on use is frustration."
