This LK-009 machine has been equipped with optical alignment systems , it is a high-performance BGA Rework Station , BGA pins and the PCB pads produce images on the HD industrial CCD at the same time, can observe the process of positioning through a monitor. The LeiKe LK-009 is designed for the repairing of PCB such as computer , notebook , XBOX-360, Mobile phones, digital camera, MP4 /5, routers, etc. Can rework CPU socket. With 3 areas for heating. It adopts 1/4 inch SONY CCD sensor and 27x optical zoom, comes with 15.0 inch LCD.
LeiKe LK-009 Optical Alignment BGA Rework Station Features:
- This BGA Rework Station is designed for the repairing of PCB such as computer , notebook , XBOX-360 , Mobile phones, digital camera, MP4 / 5, routers, etc .
- LK-009 machine has been assembled a set of optical system , Pins of BGA chip and PCB pads can imaging in HD Industrial CCD At the same time, the operator can observe the process of positioning by display.
- 3 heating areas, 800w hot air heating above, 880w hot air heating below and 2400w IR heating pre-heating
- This BGA Rework Station can rework double-layer BGA chip , After heating , solder will not come out from the double-layer BGA chip . This Rework station can rework CPU socket . and it can rework a variety of slots too .
- The standard model can store 10 temperature curves , each temperature curve can divid into 8 Heating and 8 constant , you can expand unlimitedly if you need . now , we recommend one of the most simple and most reliable temperature curve: only one heating and one constant .
- It is assembled with a precise temperature controller , only 1 degree temperature error value .
- This Rework Station is designed to be one infrared heating and two hot-air heating .
- The top part and the middle of the bottom part are hot-air heating methods .
