The station kit is made from high quality alloy, precison and durable to use. - 1. This reballing kit comply with normal 4 kind PSP CPU ICs, include CXD1876, CXD2988, CXD5029, CXD2962BGG chips.
- 2. Made from high quality alloy, precison and durable to use
- 3. As the different pitch between ICs, solder paste can be used in the 4PCs ICs at the same time, and reballing need to be apart.
- 4. 3PCs ICs (0.5 pitch) use 0.2mm solder balls, and IC (0.8 pitch) uses 0.3mm balls. The BGA net not used should be cover with adhesive tape, so protect balls from rolling down.
- 5. This station kit is suitable for small quantity. If large one, one kind pitch IC should use one station.
