Reseller service is designed for our minor order dropshippers, it's a advanced usergroup to get better pricing for products in special category.

What's the subscription fee ?
For better service and private pricing protection, we charge subscribe fee for people who want to access our reseller pricing.

What's the Valid Date ?
It depends on your subscribe type, we provide 3 kinds of subscribe: 1month, 6 months and 12 months. Different type has different valid period.

Do you offer blind dropshipping ?

Yes, it's 100% blind dropshipping,this means your customer won't find any ownta information on the package. If you have special request for the shipping, you can write in "special note" when you checkout online.

How much discount I can get for reseller pricing ?
It depends on products type and order quantity, our retail price is very competitive, but reseller price still get discount even for 1 pcs, some other products may have special discount for resellers. 

Does the reseller subscribe fee is refundable ?
It is not refundable, we ensure every reseller can get benefit from our reseller pricing.

Any special offer for your resellers except discount pricing ?
Yes, we will provide more special offer for our resellers, like coupon code, promotions which only available for resellers.

Any special discount for accumulated purchase for reseller ?

Yes, we will offer $5 discount coupon for per $500 order, so if buy more than $1000, you will get $10 discount coupon, no limitions.

What's the difference between dropshipper and reseller ?
We don't have dropshipper usergroup, that means everyone can dropship, even you are a normal customer. So, dropshipping just like a service, not a usergroup. Now, we only have three usergroups: customer, reseller and distributor. Different usergroup get different pricing. About our dropshipping service, please check from here.

What's the difference between reseller and distributor ?
Distributor will get better pricing, but also has more quantity limitions, for example, distributor need to buy more than 100pcs to get its best price, but reseller only need to buy 50pcs to get its best price. Please note: "its best price" means reseller best price also different with distributor best price.

How to view your reseller price ?
First of all, you need to buy our subscription service online, you can choose different subscribe month from product option in this page: 1 month, 6 month, 12 month.
After you made the payment, our financial department will send the order confirmation to our sales team. Our sales team will activate your reseller usergroup, and you will receive a email notification.
At last, when you login into our website again, you will find the price change to "Reseller Price" in all product details page. Now, you can start shopping on our website as a reseller.

How to check my reseller usergroup valid time ?

After you login into our site, in your profile details page, there is a "usergroup" tab, click that, you can see your usergroup status with the valid period.
 

Can I get your product image without watermark ?
Yes, resellers can get images without watermark, you can find "clean images" tab on product details page.

Do you provide product feed, xml or csv file to reseller ?
No, sorry, we don't provide any feed service at present. But we will consider to offer this service in future.

Can you help to build the webshop, ebay store or any other online stores ?
Generally, we don't provide such service, you need to do all this work by yourself. We only promise the provide the best price for you, and you can collect product information on our website, once you have orders, we can dropship to your customer directly. But if you have any difficult, our IT expert will try our best to offer free support on this case.
