If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?

Please contact us by the e-mail addresses shown immediately below this question. As soon as your payment is cleared, you should receive an email automatically from our server confirming the order with an order tracking number. If you're not receiving order confirmation or status emails from Ownta, your ISP or email software might be blocking Ownta's emails, thinking (mistakenly!) that our email is spam. In this case please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders. | |
