What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please do not throw anything(including packaging and partial note/bookmark) away until you have received all the items. 

Please check your shipment notification, if everything are shipped as your original order, then, please take a photo for the package to tell us what you received.

You should inform us within 24 hours once you opened the package, otherwise, we won't responsible for this situation.
