The ZhuoMao ZM-BIP3000 Infrared BGA rework station comes with human-machine interface, PLC control, it shows 3 real curves on touch screen, which can be analyzed at any time, precisely control the temperature within 3 degrees. Output power of IR preheating area can be adjusted. It is suitable for large thermal capacity of PCB or other high-temperature and lead-free welding requirements, all can be handled easily.

- human-machine interface, PLC control, it shows 3 real curves on touch screen, which can be analyzed at any time, precisely control the temperature within 3 degrees. Output power of IR preheating area can be adjusted.

- Top and bottom are imported infrared heaters, the top use dynamic dark IR technology, good for all sizes of BGA chip.
- Top and bottom independent heating temperature area, which can set 6 temperature segments and save multiple parameters of temperature settings.
