Ownta.com are always focused on improving our level of customer service, and have created this warranty terms & conditions for you.

We process a strict test to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed.We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included.

1. Dead on Arrival Item

Any products , regardless of the guarantee offered, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

  • The photos of original Ownta package with front and back sides
  • The photos or video of the defective item(s)
  • The photos, video or screenshot showing the operation of the defective item(s)

2. Defective Item

If your product (only for items without Special Warranty terms in the product description and physical damage or incorrect use excluded) turns out to be defective:

Warranty Basic Criteria:

  1. Warranty period: since the delivery date.
  2. Warranty range: We will only be held responsible for warranty products which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. Purchased from reseller who has purchased from us are not included.
  3. Original package (manufacturer's box, all cables, hardware and instructions that comes with it.)
  4. The warranty seal or sticker is undamaged (valid).
  5. All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working.
  6. For all products which send back as warranty request, we will make professional test to verify whether warranty is valid or not. Ownta.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.


Ownta.com does not accept free repair of the following items:

1.Product doesn't come with warranty.
2.Warranty is invalid as below situations:
•The products has not been properly operated & maintained in accordance with instructions issued by us;
•The damage is due to use in conjunction with a non-our website offered product.
•The products has been repaired by anyone other than our company or our wholesale agent
•The products has been subjected to excessive physical force, tampered with, application of incorrect electrical charge, electrostatic discharge (ESD),
or if any warranty void sticker on the product has been removed;
•The damage is due to food or liquid spills, immersion in liquid, excessive temperature or humidity.
•The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
3.Warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with the product.
4.Defective items are returned packed as if they were used.
5.Goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

Repairing service based on charge:

As service for you, Ownta.com can also repair the out of warranty products, but it is not free.
1. All fees including repair and shipment are charged by you.
2. If the item can’t be repaired absolutely, we will send back to you, you are responsible for shipment fees.
3. You can choose the delivery courier as you need, just please inform us in advance.
